Has the final mystery location of the WUSA 2.0 finally been revealed? The San Jose Business Journal only offer full articles to paid subscribers, however the following excerpt indicates Lew Wolff’s interest in a pro women’s soccer team.
In addition to bringing back the Earthquakes, developer Lew Wolff plans to buy a professional women’s soccer franchise and is working on a deal to bring the headquarters of the soon-to-be relaunched women’s league here, too.
All three deals hinge on whether the city will grant rezoning of property that will allow Wolff’s Earthquake Soccer LLC to finance construction of a new soccer stadium in San Jose.
